Joseph KvideraFounder and CEO
Joe brings 15+ years of strong technical and managerial experience to Procedo. Joe founded Procedo in 2003 bringing a solution to market addressing customer's inability to migrate data freely between archive platforms. Joe realized the market opportunity and had the vision to create the Data Archiving Migration Market as it exists today. Joe's foresight into the explosive growth of the Data Archiving Market has positioned Procedo as the leading Data Archive Migration Company in the world. Joe is a well known and respected expert within the fields of Messaging, Data Migration, and Archival. Previous to founding Procedo, Joe was a consultant for Rainier Technology, which was acquired by Compaq in 2001 (HP 2002), as part of its Global Services Group.

Miguel LlopizVice President of Sales
Miguel is a technology industry sales veteran, with a proven record of success of over 20 years. He has demonstrated expertise in breaking into new markets and growing revenues while forging lasting business relationships. Prior to joining Procedo, Miguel was the top producing regional sales manager at KVS, the original archiving technology company, which was acquired by Veritas in 2004 and Symantec in 2005. His vast technical and operational experience, complimented by his strong relationship-building skills, has positioned Miguel to lead Procedo's worldwide sales efforts. Miguel completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Worcester State College and attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute for his MBA coursework.

Craig Peterson Vice President of Internal Infrastructure and Technologies
Craig brings to Procedo 15+ years of management and operations delivery expertise. Procedo will be utilizing Craig's skill set as they position themselves as the premier archive migration company in the market today. Prior to joining Procedo, Craig held many roles including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Service, Technical Architect and System Administration. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Doug LarsonVice President of Business Development
Doug has 10+ years experience in management, sales, marketing and partner relationship development within the technology hardware and software industry. Doug's primary responsibility is to manage Procedo's alliance network and help grow its software and services business. Prior to Procedo, Doug worked in various management positions at medical device-maker Medtronic, Inc. In addition to forging strong alliances and partnerships with key industry players, his experience at Medtronic spanned many functional areas of the business including sales, marketing, operations, education and support. Doug holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and received his MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

John StoldorfVice President of Technical Product Management
John brings 14+ years of experience in the technology field to Procedo with a focus of business analysis, systems architecture and integration. John's primary role heading up the Technical Product group is ensuring the Procedo product offerings meet customer's future needs and adapt the product ahead of market trends. Prior to joining Procedo, John worked for RBC Dain Rauscher's technology division. John's growth and experiences with RBC Dain was vast, he was a key contributor during the high growth period capped as the 9th largest Broker/Dealer in the country. John holds a BBA in Information Management from the University of North Dakota.
